Chryssanthi Kazantzidi
Chryssanthi Kazantzidi was born in Athens, Greece in 1978.
In 1997 she was admitted to the Department of Statistics & Insurance Sciences at the University of Piraeus. She graduated in July 2001 with a degree classification of Very Good. She obtained two scholarships (money rewards) given by the public organisation Ergatiki Estia, for the academic years 1998-1999 and 1999-2000 due to very good degrees.
In July 2000 she was working at Ethniki Asfalistiki S.A. as a trainee under the two-month student placement programme of the University of Piraeus.
In September 2002 she pursued a two-year postgraduate programme on Industrial Administration and Technology with major in Logistics at the University of Piraeus. Her Thesis was about Telemedics in Road Transport and she graduated in September 2004.
She has worked in several companies of private sector and now she is working in the Logistics department in a multinational company. During 2006 she decided to start a PhD in Air Cargo at the University of the Aegean.
Chryssanthi speaks four languages (Greek, English, Spanish and French). She is member of HELAS (Hellenic Logistics Association) and Economic Chamber of Greece.
She loves travelling, listening to music, going to the cinema.
